Great pizza! I drive 20 minutes, past at least four other places, just to get a slice. I couldn't even wait to take a bite before I took a photo of my slice. It's too good.
I heard DaVinci changed owners again in November 2023 so I gave it a second chance. I'm glad I did. Much better service and the food is great. Try the cheese fries!
Sweet honey garlic bites are AMAZING. grandma's pizza is amazing as well
Everything has gone downhill. Salads are so small with dry chicken. The boneless wings were not eatable. The sauce they use is gross and the chicken is scary. I was spitting it out. Chicken should not sound like an apple when you bite it.
Zero Stars…..How anyone actually likes this pizza is beyond me! Does anyone have tastebuds in PA? First time ordering, 8 cut mushroom and roni, antipasto salad and side of blue cheese. 85 minutes to get delivered. Pizza is bland and has no taste at all! Worst pizza I’ve ever had and was colder then my salad! Truly disgusting. Salad was hot because driver put in hot bag with pizza, got ranch instead of blue cheese with a clear “r” on it. Why put hoagie tomatoes sliced in a salad? Asked for a menu but didn’t get it, it’s ok though because we won’t be ordering again. Clearly they are not looking for new customers.
Great food and great service. Try the Americano pizza!
Very unpleasant experience with a hostile Da Vinci’s employee and their family
I was doing a small delivery next door and had parked up on a very wide section of tarmac off the road to make the heavy lifting easier. When I came back outside to my car after bringing things in I saw an older lady taking a picture of me. I then went over to her and kindly asked her if she knew if it was okay if I parked there while I sorted out some more things inside. She said, “well you’re parked on the sidewalk you idiot”. At which point an employee ran out from inside Da Vinci’s and got right in my face and yelled, “Why are you talking to her?” I was pretty shocked at this hostility, on a Tuesday morning, it felt as though it came out of no where. I told him that I was simply asking her if she knew if I could park here. It became evident that this was a mother and son. They both were coming off as very aggressive. He said, “Well are you stupid? You’re parked on the sidewalk.” He continued to ramble and the older woman continued to chime in as well. I decided reasoning with these two was not worth any more effort. I got in my car and left, parking around the corner instead. Moving was easy to do, and would have been happy to do so if they had just approached the situation with kindness rather than hostility and manic energy. It’s apparent that there are some issues there, and I hope that they are able to find peace — I extend my best wishes to the folks at Da Vinci that they are able to approach strangers with more compassion in the future. I felt as though writing this review was important to illustrate the character currently behind the business.
With all due respect.
I travel for a living (Airline pilot). I’m always looking for a good meal and da Vinci pizza on the Square hit the spot. I got the Stromboli and a slice of pizza. Being from South Carolina it took them a while to understand me, but they were very friendly and finally figured out my drawl. I went straight from the hungry phase to stuffed pig phase and it was glorious. Highly recommended
